Q Korean Steak House

Very enjoyable! For the price you can order any sides, meats, veggies and fruit and cook to your preference on the table grill. We did soy chicken, Q steak, and spicy pork bulgogi for our meats. All three were masterfully marinated prior to us cooking so it was basically impossible to mess them up. At first I was little put off by the "having to cook my meal myself" but actually found it a benefit because I was able to get everything as hot as I wanted and eat it right away. It also took no time because the grill was hot and the cutlets were thin. The sides were flavorful and felt authentic. The fruit plate was a great way to end. The green tea was tasty and not bitter. It even cost less for a pot of tea than a coke. Great date night place. Yes we will be back!

We recently had lunch at the Q Korean Steakhouse. My wife’s mom is Korean so I have developed a taste for the cuisine. This was the first visit for both my wife and me and I was impressed. The first thing that struck me was the decor. It was very dark with neon highlights, “gears” decorating the walls. A very unique setting. We were taken to our table with the grill in the center of the table - you have to love a place where they light a fire as you sit down! They quickly brought a salad with various condiments and sauces. We were also each given a bowl of rice. My wife and I both ordered bulgogi, and our server quickly brought out a plate of raw meat that she dumped on the now hot grill that had been placed over the flame. The salad was basic but the dressing was tasty, with red spicy seeds (???). We tossed the meat to ensure it cooked evenly and soon it was ready. Delicious! The only item on the table that I wasn’t crazy about was the kimchi which was a bit sweeter than I like, almost like cole slaw. Overall, we had a very good lunch. It was a little pricey - $60+ for two - so I wouldn’t come weekly, but I can definitely see coming back! Maybe next we will visit for dinner!

Absoutely the best korean restaurant out there... scratch that.. best RESTUARANT ever!! been going here since their grand opening few years ago. My husband and I come here everytime we decide to go out. We choose this place over any other. our first year of marriage, we celebrated every month here :) never got tired! We love the Q steak, Beef Bulgogi, spicy chicken, shrimp. all of it is amazing. plus their Daikon Beef soup is to DIE For! Honestly if we could eat here every night and not go broke, we would :) oh and the salad is beyong amazing, spicy and juicy how i like it!

Arguably the best gas kbbq I have been to in Georgia. If you want charcoal look elsewhere down in Duluth, but for price to value this place takes the cake! Fast, friendly staff and excellent foods, with a bigger variety than most places. I think the nearest competition would be ARI in John's Creek, which is twice the price for a smaller selection. Also, and this is HUGE, Q does not have a time limit (lol ARI) so you can actually pace yourself and enjoy it. We normally spend 2 hours here drinking, chatting, and eating, and I go twice a month or more. Absolutely a treasure of restaurant!

Food is good, prices a little high but given it's all you can eat understandable, service abysmal. They have large tables for large parties but they're not probably setup. If you're in the middle forget having a nice evening. The waiter constantly and rudely pushed my son and I to place food down. His roughness of us became a laughing joke of a party of 10 and my husband on the other side did all the cooking and cutting so it's not like we needed his help working the grill. As soon as we sat down he placed all his weight on my shoulder and leaned down. I told him I just had shoulder surgery two days prior, he ignored me and for the entire meal kept placing weight on my shoulder despite repeatedly being reminded not to touch my shoulder. We were served meat before being asked about drinks. When multiple people in a party of 10 ask for at least just water that's a problem. We were on round 3 of meat before half the party was served multiple requested beverages. Hint management, there were multiple alcohol orders never fulfilled, you missed out on easy money on one check. Another large party came in about 75% of the way through our meal and then our waiter was long gone. There was no more meat, no more water refills (we gave up on our requested could have charged us drinks), no more service and we had to chase someone down to pay the bill. We liked the food but the service wasn't worth the cost so we're definitely not going back. I get there are labor shortages right now but advance reservations were made and given we were there a very long time we were able to see there were multiple people working.
