We ordered two bagels, lightly toasted, with plain cream cheese. Both bagels were HIGHLY burnt, one bagel had extra cream cheese while the other had almost none. I feel like bagels really aren't that difficult to manage. This is the second time in a row we've ordered from them where the bagels were burnt.
I guess that's why they're famous for donuts & coffee, and not bagels.

For 15$ for 12 dry tasteless donuts, I’ll stick to Walmart I guess. ……yum…..

I'm addicted..usually hit the drive thru once or twice a day. Great service and coffee always perfect! I love the bagel minis for a quick snack.

$8 for a tiny wake up wrap and a large sweat tea. Prices have gotten alittle high for less product. They are also out of cinnamon Raisin bagels almost every morning too! Had to start getting my breakfast somewhere else.

Got my order wrong again. They are only right 33% of the time. So, if you like mediocre service,, this is the place for you. Went inside this time. They didn't have our food with our coffee. And they still made the sandwich wrong, again!

I'm not sure exactly who ices the donuts, if it's done in the store or they're shipped in. I also don't know if maybe there is an icing shortage..
The glazed donuts are only "glazed" on the very top and it's probably 1/6 of the donut is actually glazed.
The chocolate frosted only is frosted on the very top also. It's very disappointing and I'd rather go to the local donut shop in town.

Ever been to a dunkin donuts without donuts? Try this place any time after 5pm and you'll be getting anything but a donut.

Even with a line that seems like it's a mile long, this crew fires orders out at the cyclic rate. I don't have any issue with pulling up and seeing 20 cars ahead of me, I know I'll be out of there in 10 minutes.
Update... Same line this morning, same results. Fast.
