Rustic Ribs

Had a very good experience here. My wife and I visited on a Saturday night and were attended to very quickly and shown to our table which had space to park the baby's pram. A clean high chair was provided for baby, and they very willingly and quickly obliged our request to heat the baby's food we brought. The good service continued for the remainder of our evening with friendly and helpful staff. The food was simply delicious, all the meat was very tender and hot (beef ribs, lamb shank, and seafood.) Servings were very generous. The ambience is laid back, relaxing and somehow has a modern-rustic feel (didn't know it was possible). Even though they were quite busy it wasn't noisy at all, and I could quite easily hold a conversation across the table. The only detractor from my experience here was the coleslaw, but that was mostly because of my personal taste preference - otherwise that was nice and fresh too. I've been told by the staff that the pork ribs are the standout favourite. I will definitely be back to try them! Oh, did I mention they serve espresso coffee, and available to takeaway!

Used to walk through the rest ignoring it but decided give it a try and it was awesome experience 👏 beef burger 🍔 is very fresh and cooked excellent, the most delicious food is a glass of beer on tap 🍺 with beef burger and chips 🍟 or chicken schnitzel. Love it also because of outdoor seating. Nice to enjoy sunshine ☀️ having wonderful beer 🍻 with perfect meal. Definitely worth visiting it!

The wait was a little long but absolutely worth it,,,ive never had a snitzel as amazing as this one the crumbing was out of this world crunchy but yet mouth melting,,the mash along with the tbone and pepper sauce was divine,, burgers were a hit with the kids deffinatly check this place out if your after a bite to eat in cronulla

First time visit and overall it was pleasant. Service was okay and wait time for food wasn't to long. We ordered pork ribs and wings, chicken carbonara, Caesar salad and chicken schnitzel. I prefer the ribs at the Crest Hotel at Southgate who make a killer meal for rib, wings, chips and coleslaw. Pasta was cooked really well and very flavoursome! Caesar was quite heavy with anchovies but overall tasty. Schnitzel was cooked well but super thin. Again, prefer The Crest Hotel at Southgate. Happy to visit again for the pasta :)
