Now THIS is an ice cream shop. Incredible flavours (with some unusual ones to try too). Really lovely & friendly staff who served us with a smile last night, despite being five mins from closing-up. Will definitely return… check it out!

A lovely place to visit with excellent gelato, cakes, chocolates and coffee. Great friendly service too. Good size portions with plenty of flavours to choose from. Looking forward to popping in again very soon!

I never appreciated the difference between gelato and ice cream before until I visited. My eyes have well and truly been opened. Whilst ice cream is amazing, gelato is superior. You need to visit this place if you are in Cromer. Incredible selection of gelato flavours which are all absolutely delicious. Would recommend the rum and raisin or chocolate for sure. Try do other things there too such as chocolates and fudge etc which I didn't try. But if you're close by, or even if you aren't you should visit!!!

Stopped by and had take out coffee and ice cream.
Cherry Bakewell ice cream and was fabulous. Asked for an extra shot in the latte and was told it was double shot and would I like a third ? It was great as is and super hot.. which is impressive as often takeout coffee is just not hot enough.

We loved their ice-cream. Struggled a bit with the three scoops. It was very generous.
Our visit was the best in every possible way. If there was a Michelin star rating for just ice-cream shops, Harris & Jones would get three. That's why we wish that people stop talking about their ice-cream being a bit pricey. They get top reviews and quality doesn't come cheap.

My husband has raved about the mint chocolate chip ice-cream he bought from here today. It was quite a large cone but cost £4.50 so not a cheap buy.

Fantastic place! We're a vegan and a coeliac and couldn't believe the variety of ice cream on offer that each of us could enjoy. Huge portions, friendly and obliging staff, and the zingiest lemon and ginger sorbet ever.

Next time you're down make sure to pop in a get "the bucket" full of freshly made doughnuts with a topping of ice-cream and chocolate sauce 😋
