Subway

Apparently you can order 9 sandwiches and 2 salads and hold up the entire waiting customers for 45 minutes. Yes that’s what one customer did. That’s completely fine at this store. One employee only. Felt bad for her but yet she takes other drive up customers before all of the people standing in line. I can’t believe what I just experienced here. I never post reviews but this was completely unacceptable.

Literally the worst Subway restaurant I have ever been too. I've had multiple horrible experiences here, none that would cause me to complain, but this one just takes the lead. I had placed an online order an hour ahead of my pick up time and when I got there it was not done. Not for another 20-30 minutes later. Two sandwiches and two drinks. It was not busy by the time I arrived maybe one car in front of me at the drive thru. No one was able to dine in at the time so no one was in the dining room eating and there was no cars in the parking lot. So clearly the dining room was not busy either. I had completely forgot about this day until I had received an email apologizing for the inconvenience. Their reasoning was because of staffing issues due to the pandemic... I understand that, but their was two staff members on at the time. Like any other time that is normal staffing.. No you will not be seeing me here again. But thanks for that useless email.
