first off... i dont usually leave reviews... So i get 2 slices which where slightly on the burned side for me... i still gave it a try ...i was hungry. then it just felt too oily(pictures below) and i also found the pizza to taste a little old and reheat... not the best sauce ive seen, seemed sorta pinkish...so i still give a 2 star because i believe it could have just been bad timing maybe they didnt have anything fresh... i will return and try it again to see if it was just a bad timing. i will update...soon

Food was average. But it estimated ready 6:10-6:15, we were told 5 more mins at 6:25 and it only eventually surfaced at 6:45. They weren't ungodly busy or anything, we weren't rude to the staff, order of 1 pie and a salad didn't look overly complicated.

Delicious well done thin crust pizza. Great attention to detailed instructions. My favorite is the thin plain with sesame crust. Nice sauce to cheese ratio. I live in Garwood and search locally best in the area for delivery, in my opinion. Thanks Pizza House Pizza Chef!

I almost decided not to write this post because I would like to keep this place as my own little secret, but OH MY GOODNESS. Best freakin pizza. It's thinner than thin and oh so crispy. The sauce ain't too salty like some places and there's not too much cheese either. (Though I'm sure you could order it that way if that's what you like.) It's real deal pizza that reminds me of being a kid in Brooklyn. Even when I order toppings on the pizza they seem to taste better than at other places- they just know how to cook their pizza! Everything else I've ordered has been done perfectly fine too. Well worth whatever they charge and I wouldn't mind walking from three blocks away either but I usually order delivery anyway. I only wish they were open on Sundays so that I could order this food for my family when they visit from out of town or when I have meetings after church but oh well. I really just can't say nice enough things about this place. Staff is friendly as well. Please keep making pizza forever and don't change your recipe or the way you make it!

I only eat pizza when it is made with a whole wheat crust. I was happy to discover that Pizza House Pizza Chef offered whole wheat pies. Each pizza is made to order and you can watch every step if that is important to you. The crust was thin, and the sauce was flavorful. I am also a vegetarian, and while they only had a few toppings that I could have, it was enough to make a delicious pizza. The seating area was small and not air conditioned, which was OK for us since it was not an hot day and they kept the door propped open. We also had a 20 month old toddler so we appriciated the casual feel of the place.

I have lived in the area for over 20 years, and never knew this place was here... but I am glad I found it. Some of the best Pizza in NJ - nice crust, not soggy and not overcooked. Great white pies and more traditional. The place is not fancy, but the staff are friendly, the service personal, and the pies are great. I'll be keeping them on my phone for takeout!

$2.50 for a slice of pepperoni is ridiculous, I happen to be in the area so figured I'd try it but that's expensive for a slice. Pizza places around me $2.50 gets you 2 slices. The service was fine and the people were nice but that's not enough when you serve tiny slices of pizza that are dwarfed by a standard plate. Pizza was very greasy too due to cheap cheese, pepperoni wasn't great, & the dough wasn't anything special.
