Service at this location is DISGUSTING. I mean their turnover in employees speaks for itself. They are ALWAYS rude, they can literally have no one at the pickup windows, but will leave you waiting at the drive thru for 20 minutes and just keep saying just a second and then you place your order and get old stale cold food. Even if you go inside, you find the employees clowning and joking around with no gloves or masks or hair nets no one behind the counter ready to take your order, no one acknowledging you as you come in. I literally watched an employee scratch their head, pick up something off the floor, then make someone food without washing or sanitizing their hands and no gloves. We're in a pandemic yet this establishment doesn't take health precautions.

Went through the drive-thru to place my order. Waited about 15 minutes to get to the window. As I was handing the young lady my money she said they were only accepting cash. I told her that that information needed to be sharer BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER. I waited in line a total of almost 25 minutes from the time I waited in line to place my order to getting to the window. Very inefficient.

I went through the drive thru
There was only one car Infront of me. I spent the total of 8 min. And that was only bc they was cooking my meal. So at least I know my meal wasn't being heated under a light for hours. Over all Im happy with my experience at the BK. It was worth the wait. Thanks you employees at the Porterdale BK good job 👍👍👍

The worst customer service ever!! Within the last month I have visited twice and waited over 30 minutes for my order each time, in my recent visit the manager would not give me my food nor my money back and after we talked she proceeds to the backdoor to smoke a cigarette, the cashier and the cook making sandwiches both refused to give me the manager’s name and I had a really hard time receiving my refund! The service is not worth my money at this point and I hope Burger King addresses this issue because I have never been treated like that in customer service.

This Berger king has the worst wait I have ever seen. I sat 15 minutes before they even took my order. Then it took anoth 15 minutes to receive my order. Total of 1/2 an hr just for 3 sandwiches fries and 3 cokes. Unbelievable and ediculous. 4 customers left before even ordering.

The chick working drive through was amazing, she was very helpful, I had one problem with my food she fixed it right away, the food was fresh and hot, the fries were amazing, she gave me an amazing attitude she stayed positive as she ran back and forth working front and drive through, she gave me no problems and she was so sweet while doing her job she might have been working the whole front she stay made an effort to have a small conversation with me, I’m thankful for the porterdale employees for working even when there is only two of them, 10/10 would go back
