Chili's

Horrible! Last time I will waste money at this location. Ordered over $60 worth of food and the burger was overcooked so much my son wouldn't eat it. The fries were crunchy and old.. the boneless wings were over cooked and didn't have enough sauce.. they forgot the bread to go with our pasta.. they forgot salsa to go with the chips.. This isn't the first time this Chili's has disappointed us, but I swear.. it's the last time. I won't even call the store to complain because they never do what they say they will.. "we'll refund your money" "we'll send you a gift card" nothing.. it's not worth it, save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!

The wait was minimal for a Friday night. The waitress took our order of drinks, appetizer and main course. We noticed that people who were sat at tables after we were, got their main course before we did. I looked at the amount of time we had been seated. It had been 45 minutes. I said let's go. We told the person at the entrance that we wanted to pay for drinks and appetizer. The manager came and we told him the issue. He said he would make things right. He gave us complimentary meals. The manager was very courteous and polite. I thanked him and shook his hand. The food tasted good. I will probably return but a different waitress will be my choice.

We went here specifically to have frozen drinks. When we ordered our drinks we were told that the frozen drink machine was not working. We then ordered margaritas on the rocks and were told they didn't have any tequilas and that most of their alcohol order didn't come in.We ordered a triple dipper appetizer which came out hot and fresh. Our sever was excellent. It was very cold 🥶 in the restaurant.

Save yourself some money and eat somewhere else. Frozen food, terrible service and ripped chairs… And don’t tell me you don’t get this complaints at all, when this kind of comments is all I see under the reviews. Oh I forgot to take a picture of their score. 80- B Go figure. I should have walked out when I saw that.

Absolutely terrible hiring process. If you are trying to get hired at this place I would look elsewhere. I have never been so disrespected as a person in my entire life honestly. I literally was stood up in the hiring process from this location. Went through 2 interviews and the 2nd one I supposedly "got the job" and was supposed to receive an email to finish the process and I was told I had the job. Never got that email, even called the kitchen manager that "hired" me and he told me he was going to send it that day. I never got it. Never got a call, never got anything it's been 3 days since that call. I feel disrespected and lied to and overall you gave someone false hope in thinking they were going to be employed and had a job, someone that has a family to take care of. I am appalled at this NEVER had this happen in my life with a job. Never again will I go to this location for anything.
