Dunkin'

Terrible, this location needs new staff and management. If I could give one star I would! All of the staff move slow and management doesn’t have any structure to keep everyone on their toes to do better. They always get orders wrong. You’ll have missing items or they will have you waiting and exponential amount of time for your order. I had to wait almost 20 minutes for my avocado toast and iced coffee because they burned the first one and forgot I order iced coffee! Meanwhile several people came after me and got their orders! I have come here only a handful of times and it always the same. This is the closest location to my house. It’s a shame I have to go a whole town over to get better service.

We ordered a cake gave them so many days to have it ready by a certain day. We were told it was not ready,that the person who decorates could not finish it. Apparently the person who took order did not know what she was doing. Also did not put the right frosting in it, either. At first they were not going to give refund but they finally realized they did mess up. We got refund and the one part of cake. Oh well, I might try them again.

Asked for the Mini plane bagels because I hate the everything ones even on my receipt it says playing but of course they gave me the everything bagel. It's 5:30 AM and 32ﾟ so all I wanted was a hot drink when I ordered my latte I always say hot hot because I want people to know I want the drink to be hot not warm but hot And of course this latte is merely lukewarm note to self don't stop here early in the morning even when you're the only customer your order still will not be right
