The coffee is always exactly what I order. It may be the fastest SB I have ever patronized. The servers are up beat and engaging and hilarious. Any time there have been issues I have seen the manager bend over back wards to resolve the complaint amicably and quickly.

Great Starbucks! Quality coffees! Comfortable seating. Friendly Baristas. Pleasant environment. The customers were very friendly. The floors, shelving, windows, doors, tables and chairs were clean and attractive. The special request coffee was extremely good and the Baristas were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Seating was spacious and comfortable. Great Starbucks!

The girl wasn't welcoming at all. I ordered a Grande cloud macchiato in hot and then she said "it only come as cold drink" and then pointed at the pic on the menu.. thankfully the guy helped her out and told her it also said in the menu "try it as hot."

Super convenient location for those who commute using TANK transportation. I ordered a vanilla bean frap with a shot of raspberry which was excellent as always, only drawback is they close early. Business hours only 😒

Why would you pay too much money for bad coffee? That is what I wonder when I see people at Starbucks. If you are in a pinch then sure it does the job, but when you can go to a good coffee shop instead and get good coffee then why not? I prefer Groove Coffee House on Main St. in Covington where you can get great coffee with a better atmosphere for the same price.

I walked in today to get a coffee as i walked in, i needed to use the rest room walked toward the door as i got there an employee with a mop bucket in tow gets to the door before me and says this is NOT a public restroom i said i needed to use it before i stood in line and he said well i am cleaning it. He was rude and maybe needs to be trained in how to working with the public

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Baristas slow and uncaring... Chatting it up with some friends and completely ignoring the customers. The breeze the making drinks was jokingly making sex noises and sexual gestures while using the breathing machine. Disgusting

I wanted to know what love was and I found it in Starbucks. I ordered a salted caramel crème beautiful grande latte . I loved it. The people are customer friendly and competent. It was worth it.
