I really like this Starbucks and the staffs is really nice but this is the third time that something happens to me there I think it would be awesome if yhey pay more attention. First I went and buy a panini and they give me a scone, I didn’t realise until I went home, ok my fault... next time I bought 2 cookies for my kids with design and they put it together with my sriracha sandwich and they melted... and today I went to buy 2 cake pop and one of them was raw so please be more mindful it’s time I don’t have and don’t like to waste

The warmest cappuccino I ever had except our experience lacked the breakfast part. They were out of so many sandwiches and morning buns at 10am on Saturday morning. Unbelievable! They need to watch inventory. Its Starbucks!!!

One of the better freestanding Starbucks. Friendly baristas & quick & accurate service. Cleaner than most. Parking in front is very limited so park around the side. Plenty of parking on Strickland Ave.

Pretty nice shop, fairly easy in and out although lot is tight. I felt a little pressured in line, but it is not like I have a lot of time to linger. I'm happy with a large coffee and out the door. I think the milk was out so things like that are bummers.

The lady who prepared my drink was less attentive while preparing it. Hated it!! Careless!!!
The drink was a total disaster in taste, overflowing and messy on the cup, the lid was loose and...
The careless lady doesn't even know what ingredients go into the drink. Worst!
The second bad experience with Starbucks and the worst ever was with this careless lady at this specific location!!

This is a better Starbucks. Coffee and everything else is the same, but this one is a smaller shop. It is usually quiet and cozy compared to other stores it also has a great water views.

It’s just a regular Starbucks. Baristas aren’t as friendly as the ones in cos cob.. (more stressful but they’re working hard). Very crowded. Parking lot is a mess. Usually a line.

This is our go to Starbucks. We feel like home here. Nicki the manager is always friendly and welcoming. Alex and the rest of the crue are very kind and go far and above to assist you.
