Ordered a six inch sub to go and when I get home the roll is so hard that I had to throw most of it away because it was uneatable. What happened to this Subway, it use to be good. I guess new owners don't care to sell old dried out bread. No wonder brand is going down!! Unacceptable. Good way to lose customer.

Ordered online because of cold weather we decided to sit inside but the Staff did not allow to sit inside and mentioned that pest control will be coming. How come pest control will come during lunch time. Why staff have to lie to customers. I noticed if subway owner is Asian then it is pathetic customer service. It is just ruining the subway brand.

Came in to use a Subway printed coupon for a Buy One Get One Free footlong that was sent to me in the mail. I used a Subway coupon just last week at the same location. The manager asked me if I was using coupons and if so which one. I handed it over the counter and he took one look at it and said that they do not accept any coupons anymore. Did not offer to let me use it one more time or anything. His body language prior to seeing the coupon implied he would have accepted a different one had it not been a bogo.

Food is good, service is good. Do not go here for sweet tea. We went here at 10:00 AM. Went there 8 times and the tea was good and ready one time. All other times it was sour or wasn't ready. Went on to the subway web site to let them know and this is part of the response. " We clean the tea pot every day. If it’s old, we do inform the customer and make them a fresh Tea. Usually it’s a very low selling item and you should have noticed that most of the time we only make Tea after you make a request." So decide for yourselves. I will not be returning.

Awful service! Did not get the kids meal apple sauce I paid for and the employees did not care to share they were out. I had to demand a refund! They were fine to let me pay for the full meal and not receive part of it. Avoid this subway if possible!

Pros:
This location does appear very clean. My food has always been provided promptly and diligently. They have recently been more generous when extra veggies are requested, which is a big deal for me.
Cons:
I'd recommend ordering online. While I'm fluent in Spanish and English, there is still a perceived communication barrier here at rare times, so a nonverbal interface is easier for both parties.

Stopped in for lunch. None of the employees could speak English very well. Simply wanted to order the new steak and cheese melt. First guy was confused when I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread. Instead of grilled pressed sandwich like advertised, they put my sandwich in microwave for 15 seconds. Sandwich was cold, made wrong and not worth the money. Will not be visiting here again.
