Rib Shack

Really good stuff. Ribs are fall of the bone tender. Homefries aren't exactly what I expected but pretty decent. Couldn't decide which sauce I liked more! Great menu selection and the cheesesticks are probably boxed but still cooked well. Kind of a slow time of the day but the service was great and atmosphere was chill.

If u want smoked wings do not come here! I ate the whole plate and did not taste any smoke! They smoke in morning which is fine with me but then when u order they cook in grease! Takes the whole point of reason I ordered them I wanted smoked wings! On the other hand good job on the original and sweet bbq sauce, this gained them my 3 stars at this point in meal unsure if I will ever back! I came back and edited my review they lost a star, my receipt even says smoked wings!! Once on menu, once on receipt!

Very good Q and good service. I had the pork plate and it was Tender and nicely smoked. They have 3 sauces and each has a nice flavor. I thought the original was a little too tangy for me but still good. The sweet sauce maybe too sweet for some but also quite good. The hot was my favorite, but I mixed it with sweet and that was the perfect combo for my personal tastes. Sweet and hot. Also really good baked beans. I'll be back next time I'm in Corinth.

We arrived in Corinth late in the evening and wanted something to eat. The Rib Shack had good reviews and was still open and so we thought we would try it. Wow - are we glad we did! We both ordered a half rack of ribs. My son said they were the best ribs he has ever eaten. The meat fell off the bone, and each variety of BBQ sauce was delicious, too. I had baked beans and Cole slaw for sides - I highly recommend both. The staff were very friendly, the prices reasonable and the ambience appropriate for a BBQ restaurant. Five stars!
