Taco Bell

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at this taco bell. Had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through before someone took our order. The young lady was rude and had a nasty attitude that was taken our order. Had to wait another ten minutes before we could pull up to the window. No one was in front of me when I pulled around. Got home order wasn't correct and realized that she charged me for something I didn't order. Just truly awful. Need to learn customer service.

This Taco Bell and ONLY THIS Taco Bell absolutely is the worst taco bell. Been to this taco bell twice. First time they told us we could have items unless ordered on the mobile app. But after we questioned them about why they agreed to make them. Literally a week later came back and ordered the same items and were told the same thing. They refused to make our items because it’s only available on the mobil app. HOW MUCH SENSE DOES this make. After questioning them again they expressed extreme lack of customer service by laughing through the drive thru speaker. They then explained that they were a franchise Taco Bell. Which is understandable. But when has it ever been a smart thing in customer service to loose customers due to the fact you refuse to make an order due to the fact it’s on the mobile app. I have worked in the service industry my entire working career. That’s just Bad business period. The item in question isn’t something seasonal. It is the ingredients used everyday so only offering it on the mobile app is ridiculous. I will not return to this Taco Bell. I will drive two miles to the other one for better customer service and where they are happy to make there customers happy. Totally disgusted with this experience.

We went through the drive thru when the line was kind of long. The staff was able to knock it out quickly. Zion that worked in the window took our complicated order (my wife is vegetarian) repeated it back and had everything ready to go. The staff deserves a raise I can only imagine how much stress they undergo.

I visited this location because I was working Uber Eats. The dining room was CLOSED, so I had to go to the drive-thru. Friday evening drive-thru traffic was 10-12 cars at a time. It was nearly 30 minutes to get the order. If a restaurant has a closed dining room, they should not participate in food delivery. I understand staffing shortages, but that is a waste of time for me and the customer. That is just my opinion.
