I had the worst experience in this store today. I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches and the very nice young man was assisting. Then this miserable girl took over. She threw everything down with a bang..very unpleasant and miserable to the customers. I asked her if I upset her. She said everyone doesn't have to smile to be upset. She went on to say she has been working for 12 hours and was tired. I told her I was sorry..but then she cut me off almost demanding I pay my bill and shut up. Come on Subway..do better or get some training for your workers.. well the young man was great. I work 11 hours 7 days a week and I don't throw my problems on others. If you have an issue with the job and the stress it places on you..quit and get something that will allow you to go home and rest earlier. .we the customers don't need your gripe thrown in our faces.

So my daughter orders a kids meal turkey (she couldn’t get roast beef) the man literally puts 2 thin slices of meat on that this bread. When I asked for a few more pieces he said o would be charged for a 6 inch. Ultimately stated that I
would just pay extra for the meat. I had a six in chicken sweet onion. So the man attempts to put that cold meat on my bread without warming it up! They usually will ASK you if you wanted it melted or toasted. So without asking, he just toasted it. So we move down the line to the other worker, who was either having a bad day, or just didn’t want to be there all together. She told me that she had to charge me for a inch because of the few extra slices of meat. No to workers were not customer oriented at all! Maybe I’m spoiled with the subways I’m Covington, we’ll one ☝️ of them, but I’ve never been so frustrated. I know it’s the holidays and that they hit different for people, but you woke up this morning and you have a job. I will never go back to that subway again. I was there on Thursday December 3rd at approximately 3:45-4:00. It was a one and done. That 3+ roaring should be a 1. And I’m sure you have good workers who are suffering because of a few.

If I could give this location 10 stars it is well deserved. 1. The store was closed and still extended service to us. 2. The store manager, Kareem, he was very pleasant and gave us extra cookies for free even though I was willing to pay. 3. The customer service here exceeded my expectations. The restaurant did more than what was expected and for that I am forever grateful for the quality service and food I received. Would highly recommend this establishment.

I normally LOVE a good sub or wrap!. I went to this location and I requested a hot wrap with plenty veggies. First off the young man was unable to wrap it without it falling apart. Second when I bit into the sandwich the chicken was ice cold. The last time I went there , it was fantastic. This time was a big disappointment and I will never go again unless I don’t mind getting sick!

I have been to this location multiple times and all of them there has been an issue here and there. The last visit took the cake though, the so called manager on duty messed up and refused to address the issue in the correct manner. I had to contact his boss who advised him and the other young lady what to do. Not everyone is meant to be in customer service positions and they need to reevaluate the employees at that location.

4 people working behind the counter, 3 people in front of me and it took 27 mins to get those in front of me. Ordered a wrap, the menu claims that means a foot long worth of meats and they put 2 slices of cheese on my sandwich and only 4 pieces of meat. They corrected the meat when I said something towards the end, but refused to correct the cheese. To that point, cool it’s only 2 slices, the manager commenced to arguing with me rather than apologize for the slow service and offer a solution. I highly recommend going to any sub place besides this subway.
