Kfc

I have actually trying to get chicken from here for over 2 months. I don't have a car at the moment but this place is drive thru only every time I show up. And on the days that it's not drive thru only they only accept cash. OMG PICK A STRUGGLE. Today I waited for them to open @1pm and then when they finally opened the doors, DRIVE THRU ONLY. So I waited for what? Just close the doors.

Ordered the new crispy chicken sandwich, they said it would be 10 minutes, then they had no tea but said they could make some. Went to McDonald's and came back they had the sandwich but not the drink . We said something about the drink and they handed it out and the food but didn't say anything.. Not great customer service here but really never is. Got home opened my new crispy chicken sandwich which I had asked for extra mayo and pickles, I got neither and the sandwich was not crispy.

I ordered three famous bowls just now! They forgot to add chicken to one of the bowl and didn’t give me cookies either. I was having a amazing day today but it sad to see that the workers don’t communicate with you and tell you how long your order will be because I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru. I wish to receive all my food and maybe I will talk to someone about this KFC. If the manger replies to this please don’t tell me things will get better because it never does I enjoy eating KFC but not this time maybe I will stop eating at this KFC . I know the workers and the mangers don’t care at all. I’m sorry I waste my time eating at this particular KFC. P.S. This KFC should be reported because they gave me old food So, I don’t recommend going here at night.

I stopped by about thirteen minutes before close since hwy138's location ran out of chicken. I had a very well-mannered gentleman take my order and I pulled up to the window to pay for my order. The same young gentleman by the name of Josiah conversed with me and even complimented my truck. He was very knowledgeable in cars and even spoke some about his family. During this exchange I honestly felt like Josiah was a solid guy and hard worker. Genuinely a good young guy at heart and I hope that he gets far for his work ethic and solid personality. You typically don't get that kind of customer that late anywhere, so I really admire that. Keep it up Josiah.

Worst experience I ever had!!!! The lady at the drive through on 06/27/2021 at 9pm was very Rude! She lied and said they had no food to serve at all. Then said they were closed very stern and disrespectfully. The lights and everything was still on. Also, to my knowledge they are supposed to close the 10p. I will be contacting the Better Business bureau first thing Monday morning because that was absolutely unacceptable!! And in response to the owner who replied back. Y’all not having not having food wasn’t the problem. It’s the fact that one of your staff members was really rude and disrespectful!!!
