Bojangles

The manager that is there in the morning and most staff are very welcoming. Customer service and getting my order correct is awesome! But be weary this restaurant stays busy and if you come late looking for the famous steak biscuit sandwich you maybe out of luck. This store gets super busy with the line wrapped around the buliding but they move the line pretty quickly. 😍

While I usually love Bojangles I tried their new chicken sandwich that was advertised under 7$ for the meal. I know how taxes work, but I was charged over 8$. The bun was not buttered as they always advertise it's supposed to be and the chicken was smaller than any chicken sandwich I've ever ordered there. Approximately 4 chick FIL a nuggets in size. Was not satisfied.

This Bojangles is pretty busy the wait time is not as great, but the service out way the wait time. The gentleman the (staff) is very friendly great customer service. There score is pretty good as well in the ninety's. The food is fresh and hot when given! Try this Bojangles and see what you think! Blessings😊🙌🏽

They messed up my entire order!!!! I asked for a grilled chicken biscuit combo with egg added and coffee to drink. First of all EVERY time I come here they never remember my coffee. I have to ask for it. This time they didn't even hear me say combo and handed me a dry chicken biscuit with no egg because they didn't hear that either. They need some adults instead of these kids working drive thru.

I believe this location is going down the tubes without corporate knowledge or action. Seems like this store just doesn't want to do buisness and everytime I go here it gets worse. Last time, yesterday around 3:30 PM, waited 15 min to order another 15 min to get to window just for the young lady working drive thru to all of a sudden decide to inform me that their card reader wasn't working. And since when and why would a fast food place only have their dine in open from 7am-2pm only? Seems like just laziness and getting that paycheck with minimal and as little as possible effort. What are they going to do when these actions cause their store to close and be out of a job...?
