Subway

After telling the staff that I'm allergic to beef and asking for clean gloves and knife, the person behind me asked for a steak sandwich. While making it, the person making the sandwich dropped beef into the tuna salad and did nothing about it. Numerous times that my family has been to this Subway, there has been various meats in all of the tubs including the veggies and cheese. Not only is that unsafe for temperatures/hold times, it could send a person into anaphylaxis which is a life threatening allergic reaction. My family won't be going back.

I don’t know why it’s so hard to make a sandwich correctly. Tonight I ordered my usual BMT. Mobile order. Why do I only have ham on my sandwich? I also ordered the deluxe meat. It’s not the first time this place has forgotten meat. Two orders ago, my son ordered the meatball marinara footlong. They ran out of meatballs so they instead just gave him two meatballs for a footlong sandwichS I cannot believe this is acceptable. This is pitiful.
