Chuck E. Cheese

Well, we all know that Chuck E. Cheese has changed a lot over the last decade at the very least. It's okay, still a lot fun for the kids. The pizza COULD be better. All on all it was a fun experience for my child but as the parent, I was not blown out of the water or impressed. Maybe it's time for them to step their game up.🤔

Ordered number four with fries and wings for 45.99 they do not have a fryer so fries under cooked and wings only got three. I’m sure it was under cooked as well I was scared to eat it when manager told me they just put it through the oven with the pizzas. Made me sick. I can’t believe how bad this company became. I will not be coming back anymore. I am sure the original owners are rolling in their graves right now. Do not recommend this place anymore.

Very small location. Not many games. The younger kids’ games section is the smallest I have ever seen in a Chuck E. Cheese, and has three or four “rides” and a small air hockey table and that’s it. It’s awful. Not only that, but there are always tons of broken games that are usually the best games. Last time I went, I was double charged by literally four different games on my points card. The managers are rude and tend to blame the customers, or that’s how he made me feel, when I asked to get points back and showed him the activity log on my card. It’s worth driving an extra 15 minutes to get to the 1960 location where they have a much bigger and better selection of games and a much nicer staff. Also the prices tend to be better at the 1960 location (yes they have different prices!).

Kids love this place! Went to my grandchild's 4th Birthday Party. As expected, It was a Saturday and extremely crowded. I ordered the big app sampler to share with everyone and a drink for me. It was $29. It was supposed to come with french fries, mini corn dogs and bread sticks. After waiting a very long time...party almost over they brought out part of it saying they would bring the rest. Never came. Asked about it was told it would be out. Party over. We got moved but never got rest of food I paid for. Food here is not very good. We also had peperoni pizza in our group. It wasn't very good. Nothing was really good. But kids did enjoy the party.
