Frappe

This cafe used to be great, but since the new owners have taken over it's gone from bad to worse. Thought we'd give it one more chance today and were left severely regretting that decision. Waited almost an hour for breakfast to arrive, despite the cafe being almost empty when we got there. When our food did finally arrive, one of the orders was totally wrong and so we had to wait another 15 minutes for it to be corrected. When it did, it was over cooked and inedible. The staff did not seem apologetic at all and didn't offer any explanation or concession, choosing instead to charge the full amount for our meals. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told there wasn't one on and they were too busy, so I'm leaving this review instead. Horrible, horrible service. I definitely won't be going back. Save your time and money and don't bother with this place.

Great milkshakes and brunch dishes! Perfect place to go for a casual brunch, serves both food and drinks. Chicken skewers were a bit undercooked and pink but not a big fuss as the chefs took it back and cooked them till they were good. Waiters were nice and did their jobs well and is located next to a carpark for convenience.
