Literally the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. They never have enough items to complete your order. Staff is always "busy" even when there are no customers inside. They are also very rude and discourteous if you question them about your order. They also seem to put mobile orders on the back burner. I would avoid this place at all costs. They had a glimmer of hope a couple months back when it looked like a training crew came it to try and turn it around but that did not last at all. Won't be coming back here.

The people who work here are the best !! They are professional, courteous and always do an excellent job. The culture behind the counter also seems like one of any successful business, and a testament to everyone who works there. Great job !!

2 coffees ordered way too sweet. I ordered one sugar but tasted like 5-6 disgusting 🤮 and had to go back and ask fir a do over. The bagel sandwich was burnt. Very disappointing. Not one person behind counter wearing masks or gloves when handling food 👎

Heads Up .. !! Staff doesn’t speak / understand proper English so expect mistakes on your order. They ALWAYS give me coffee and milk when my order is of a Chai Latte. I also get A Veggie white on Croissant TOASTED Without the white cheddar when in reality my order says NOT TOASTED. Location is perfect but the staff is off on language. #%*..!!

I went there this morning to grab a couple of doughnuts, but ended up leaving. I left because the staff were not properly using their face coverings. At least two people were wearing their mask below their nose. The company should review the importance of face coverings and how to properly wear PPE. I refuse to eat at establishments that don't do this as it makes me wonder if they wash their hands with warm water and soap after using the bathroom.
