Dunkin'

This is by far the WORST Dunkin Donuts. Their customer service in non-existent. The staff that works drive thru are completely incompetent and beyond RUDE!! How hard is it to show customer appreciation. I would rather drive 20 minutes out of the way then to ever return to this location. The manager needs to be fired and the front line needs major attitude adjustments. It starts with management!! If the store is under poor supervision it will be ran completely into the ground. To all Dunkin lovers, STAY AWAY from this location!!!

2 days in a row the drive thru screwed up. First they give someone else my coffee. Next day, u could tell whoever took my order was half listening, because u can hear laughing. When I get my coffee I saw on the reciept it was the wrong flavor. I tell the girl at the window and she tells me it was the correct flavor. It wasnt.

My husband and I were so excited to have dunkin donuts by our house. Unfurtinatly, we had a terrible experience. The cashier was super slow and was unsure how to work the register. Our coffees were so bad we had to throw them away. And to top it all off the doughnuts were hard and they forgot about my husbands breakfast sandwich. This is probably our first and last visit at this spot.

Walked in man and woman behind counter close up on each other. You would think they were not employees and I was a customer. Both looked at me as if I was bothering them when asked a question pertaining to their services of the store. I would give my experience a 0 if I could. Today is 4/25/16 @ 7:35. Definitely will not be returning to this establishment even if its the last option available!
