I have had better customer service in Jail. I ordered ahead in app I show at approximately the time given no drink I wait a few more mins I ask prep person said no sweat I got you mean time 4 new walk up orders come and go and when I ask, the cashier tells the prep person oh we must have gave it away. At this point I say wait make mine and let’s not put anyone in front of me please . The prep person a female grabs the closest pitcher sloped it into a cup slammed it in the counter and gave me the there it is look. And during all this the only male in the place working there was shooing people back and giving them disgusted looks for coming in to wait. Saying only 6 people very Rudley and dismissive. I won’t be back to this location.

Very often i come here after my jog and hiking . Always super cool staff. Until today. Young man on cash register very polite . Young lady not so much , maybe personal matters ?? or else ?? Probably like we all have some days. I had a miscommunication placing my order, she didn't take well at all even tho i apologized . I like this location , so someone please give this pretty lady a class of costumer service or call off if she don t feel like being at work today.

Went here today for a drink on a hot day. Walked inside and the guy very rudely ask me to wait outside which is understandable in times like this. While I was waiting outside how they asked. A gentleman just walks in and is right away welcomed and he was not asked to wait outside. He is helped before me when u was there first and asked to wait yet he was allowed inside and helped before me bad customer service lost a customer today won’t be going to a place they don’t treat all customers equally.

I used to work for this store. They have black mold in their drains. Iv found hair in the frozen yogurt before and all they did was simply remove it and reserve to customers after. The GM has no concern for peoples satisfaction or time. Im waiting for a lawsuite right now because I had put in my 2 weeks and its been 2 months since I was supposed to have my last check. Very unprofessional. I do NOT reccomend this store. Try the walnut creek Bancroft store instead. They're much more satisfying.
