I’m not sure exactly what has transpired in this location over the last few months but I love the new management and team at this location! They are very gracious and helpful. I remember not ordering the correct number of items because my kids are out of school(SB) and the staff graciously just gave it to me even though I told them I could pay and they told not to worry about it! They definitely have my business and I do not mind taking the drive to go to this location!

The restaurant was very busy, but the manager was keeping everything together. She was very friendly, professional quick with getting my food bagged and my meal was great. My food was Fresh hot and well done. The staff was working very hard as well, while maintaining their professionalism through the pressure of preparing meals non stop. 5 stars for the cook and workers but 1 for management! they need waaayaaay more workers. they don't have enough people working here. they need a few people on back-up if someone doesn't show up for work. the workers are tense. there are only 2 guys preparing orders and 10 people waiting. one elderly lady was turned away because they weren't taking in store orders. I placed my order online 5 hours ago and it is more than 40 mins late. i read the one star reviews but actually it is the management's problem not the workers. poorly organized. also they definitely don't answer the phone because they're too Busy.

Food here is always hot and correct when I pick up, so definitely points for that! However, you can tell this location is suffering right along with multiple other retail and food chains. I tried ordering few nights ago and I walked in and what seemed to be a manager and 1 crew member in there, I was greeted immediately with "We're closed, sorry, hopefully we will have a full shift tomorrow." Then tonight I went back and they were open but I witnessed the gentlemen who was working the cashier, complaining a few times outloud about how he didn't want to work or be there as well as using profanity in front of customers, which is unprofessional. I understand we are all human, but this is job you choose to serve others, so leave outside emotions at the door so you may do your best in serving that customer.
