The service can be brutal sometimes and I know how it can be on Wednesdays and Thursday for the restaurant. I do feel like the management is not trying to make improvement with service, however. Yes, the building was recently renovated but I feel the focus should be more on the service that how the place looks for visitor that only come here maybe once in their lifetime.

Drive up service is so slow. Workers are nice. Could use some vast improvement in the drive up area on some days. So if you go don’t expect “Fast Food Service”

If I could, this would be zero stars! I've been waiting for an hour for two meals for my husband and I. Yes, it is packed and crowded. This is still ridiculous. I've been through multiple lunch rushes and none has ever taken this long!

Our first time back since COVID-19 appeared. This particular store happens to be on Ft. Jackson Army Post here in Columbia, S.C. During the restrictions, BK did an overhaul, and appears to be a welcome change. We went through the drive-thru. A whole different menu, well illuminated, easy to read, and prompt service. The burgers themselves were cooked all way, NOT burned, with lettuce & red, ripe tomatoes slices included. The fries were a golden brown with plenty of salt. They serve a variety of "COKE" products along with water and other drinks. The service was very good. On a scale of 0-100, I, personally would give them a score of: 90. My wife didn't have any major complaints, either. So, should you be military associated, in the area, give "The BK lounge", ( as all kids called the BK's) , a try.
