Garbage company that is fining people and sending them warnings about lawns etc during a financial crisis and pandemic. They should be ashamed of themselves! Worst HOA on the planet!

This company is literally criminal. They keep raising fees as much as possible but do nothing. They scam a lot of money for insurance, but the neighborhood has no common area needed to insure. They also refuse to enforce the covenants, and don't reply to emails.

I was having difficulties tracking down my mail box keys through my property manager, but priority property management made the process simple for me. They even sent me a letter apologizing for the inconveniences and included a Starbucks gift card! Now that is excellent customer service, thank you priority property management for being there for me!!

This management company is garbage. Coming from a disabled vet they target anyone they feel is insufficient to them. The manager,is unrelated to anyone. Ask not what your community can do for you but what you can do for your community...

If I could give a zero I would. This management company is terrible. They especially harass renters within the communities they service. I would highly recommend not dealing with this HOA in general. The management is extremely unprofessional and unreasonable.

Very dysfunctional as a team and unable to accomplish the simplest of tasks. Their response time is significantly long and their automated system does not help anyone and needs to be updated. All and all If you are an RE investor like me you would be better off going with a different company seriously, they are not good team players adding no value to your business or your professional network.

I've worked with several property management teams in Colorado Springs & PPM is by far the best. Jennifer is the most professional & knowledgeable person in the business. She doesn't let people slack on any of their HOA responsibilities & only hires the best contractors. If something is wrong she goes above & beyond to fix it. You will not get this quality of service anywhere else.
