Taco Bell

Went to this Taco Bell location on Monday, Feb. 21st. The young lady employee was working the location by herself!!! Of course, she could only serve through the drive-thru, but she was working it!! She had the sweetest attitude and so professional and organized about doing her job!!!! This young lady is truly a gem!!!!!

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. You would think the service would be excellent especially for Collierville. Whoever was taking orders when I approached the speaker was very rude and unprofessional. Luckily I did not give her any energy to argue back otherwise she would have gotten a nasty response. They need to clean house for the ones that always have attitudes or provide unacceptable service. You are in fast food act like it! We can go to an authentic restaurant for better and faster service.

You will never get your order right unless they’re in a good mood. They’re never in a good mood. They aren’t paid enough, so they showing that when they give us half of what we ordered. I ordered some chips and cheese, it was not there. Can’t go inside since it’s locked, the line is huge. Get rid of this Taco Bell already.

Horrible service, I understand how the app works and the point of it is to help the process every thing faster!? So if the app is not going to that.. what is the point of the app? I understand if I have to wait a minute but if I still have to order my food when I get there and wait in the drive through line for 2 times for almost 1 hour because that is when you decide to make my food., why am I going to waste my time and go on the app?? Never going back!
