Little Caesars

I dont even want to give a star. I ordered a Detroit style deep dish Hawaiian at 11pm (one whole hour for a cooked pizza) and I received a very raw pizza. I took a bite tasted off checked it it was extremely raw. The General Manager was really nice about it when i called and offered a free pizza order or refund and apologized for the messed up order. Thank you to the GM for making it up, apologizing, and understanding. In doing so, my next visit was better and i will continue coming to little Caesar’s as long as my orders are good and made correctly

Just got a reminder of why I stopped eating here the simplest things they always mess up. Pizza not cut right, wings soggy and chewy, and no marinara sauce that we asked for. I get that y'all are probably ready for closing time in an hour but you still have to do your jobs but I've had these things happen during the day as well.

Went in for pizza and cheesy crazy bread and left almost an hour later with people who ordered after me getting their food and stuff before I even was told anything. Was told to wait 10 minutes and was very angry by the time I left. The pizza also tasted horrible and I had to dip it in marinara saucefor it to taste like pizza and not cheese on bread, but the crazy bread was good.

Pretzel crust pizza use to be my favorite till this store messed it. Once home it tasted different and noticed it looked like the forgot to put on the cheddar cheese sauce i called store talk to manager she asked me to bring pizza back and she would give me another so after driving back up with the pizza minus the 3 slices the girlfriend ate she said there was nothing wrong with the pizza and refused to replace it like she said she would do over the phone. Guess manager can tell you anything over the phone muchbeasier to take it all back once you make the trip back as she requested and refuse to make right
