Sonic Drive-in

Terrible experience ordered mozzarella sticks and they were seriously undercooked and cold. I called to ask for a fresh order of a refund and the man who I was speaking to hung up on me. Giving him the benefit of doubt I called back thinking it was a mistake, he had in fact deliberately hung up on me and all employees refused to answer the phone when I called back six times. AVOID THIS PLACE mind you the employee was high I caught it him smoking right out the back door of the business he attempted to hand me the mozzarella sticks without a bag and couldn’t get it together. Safe to say I will never return to Sonic and have filed a complaint with various entities including the department of health.

Best Sonic location in Fresno. Today I had to say something and compliment bc it was the best experience I've had since Arkansas. (Sonic in the south is superior.) My carhop was Bridget and she was super friendly. My food was fresh and hot and my drink was amazing of course... Anyways, this is my fave location. I recommend it over the others. Thank you all at Sonic for being there and doing what you do! Also in response to a previous bad review I saw, I don't agree with rating someone poorly bc of something out of their control like a mobil app issue... that's just ignorant rubbish. I reported that review. I hope they remove it.

Great drinks! I came during 1/2 off drinks (between 2pm-4pm) and got the Route 44! Ohhh myyyy sooo delicious! I recommend to add strawberry fruit in your slushie, its delicious. The "sugar-free" flavors are actually sweet, so don't worry about having less flavor to choose from. The sugar free options are actually sweetened with artificial sugar (last I checked). I love adding nerds in my drink too. It gives my drink a crunch and it's sweet. The food is so-so. I wasn't craving food today. I do enjoy their corn dogs and their hotdogs. Honestly a little pricey but good to get if you're on the go and craving for some hotdogs or corn dog. Haven't tried their burgers yet. They have tater tots or fries to choose from. Kids meal available.
