Love it!.
When it is late and you have some cravings this is one the of the fewest (if not the only) places that is open.
Definitely the curly fries and the tacos are some of our favorite items on the menu.

Just went to this location and could tell already the employee helping us was going to be difficult. After ordering and getting to the window, everytime We'd ask for a sauce we were given a vibe of "I don't want to be here" by an employee named Stevi. After waiting for a good while they finally gave us our food but only one order. We had to remind them about our other order which was sitting right in front of her. When we got home I noticed that the egg rolls I had ordered were jalapeño poppers instead and on top of that, they forgot our order of loaded cheese fries. When I called to mention it to the manager I was greeted so unprofessionally with only a "hello" I had to ask who I was on the phone with. When I asked if the establishment I had called was Jack in the box he answers with "yeah" I decided I didn't want to talk to this unprofessional individual so I asked for the manager and to my surprise, it was who happen to be on the phone with me. Surprise surprise. When I mentioned what had happened, he knew exactly who I was as if he was waiting for my call. Halfway through the call I decided it wasn't worth my time because nothing was going to be done anyway and will just decide to go to other locations besides this one. Really shouldn't hire people who's job is to serve others but treat it as a burden. Hopefully nobody else experiences what I did.

I just ordered food from them on DoorDash and they told my Dasher that they couldn’t make the shake. So I waste six dollars and DoorDash won’t give me my shake now. And the store don’t answer their phone because the phone is disconnected. If anybody has their number please give it to me

I would not go again. Snotty manager told me to "calm down, that I would be ok" when I voiced a complaint, in a low key, non aggressive manner. Very rude.

Great place to get a huge amount of calories up right away and they accept payment over their app. Open doors until late night then only drive thru

About 4th time I came here they are always out of tacos- always. I don't understand why, I get they are popular but thats why you order in your inventory you add more to accommodate your customers. Its very frustrating. Thepeople here are so nice but you guys are always out of something. I really hope you guys fix this as soon as possible.

Horribly slow!! Sat in drive thru for well over 20 minutes and this was not a busy time of day. There was maybe 5 people inside, one car in front of me and I sat at the order screen for over 10 mins before they said a word. Rediculous. I left and went to Sonic and was done in less time than it took this place to say "Welcome to Jack in the box".
