Burger King

Got three burgers, some fries, and some onion rings. 1 burger had the wrong toppings, the 2 others were completely different burgers than we ordered, but the cashier was able to push through her terrible attitude to get the fries and onion rings right which tasted like they had been sitting under a lamp since Tuesday. Place sucks.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We spent $30 for dinner on this mess of a meal (see attached pictures) AND they got the order wrong! We tried calling the store 4 times in a row and no one would answer! Burger King #7742 is the worst one I've been to in a long time. We haven't eaten at any Burger King in about 2 years and this is what we come back to? What a shame. My wife ordered a whopper combo but they gave her a crispy chicken combo instead. What's worse is they deep fried it twice! That just makes it an inedible brick! We're not going back to Burger King in a long long time.

Went inside, waited in line for over 7 min and was completely ignored. They didn't seem to be rushing so there was no reason to wait that long. Made eye contact with the cashier several times and was still ignored as she waited for fries to be made. Person after me gave up before me. This location has always been terrible but still

How they messed up two orders in a row isn't very surprising. The employees are more focused on goofing off, being distracted by each other, and whoever it was standing at the end of the counter (eventually walking behind the counter). The customer before me had mayo on his sandwich when he asked for no mayo. His receipt said no mayo. The employee in the back argued that the receipt didn't say no mayo. She looked at the receipt and said she'd remake the sandwich anyway. I ordered two double whoppers, one was in a meal, and a 4 piece chicken nugget. One whopper was no lettuce. My fault for not looking at the receipt or having the order read back. I received the most disgusting, cold, lettuce heavy double whopper junior. I went to the counter, but nobody was available. They were in the back singing Happy Birthday. Limited drinks. No refills. Fries were cold. Just a total disappointment.

Twice now they have lied and told me that they processed my refunds and never did. Both times they severely messed up my order and refused to fix it. They do not offer receipts and they don't offer proof of refund. For months now they've been "out of receipt paper" they say and it's costed me $20 that I'll never get back.
