KFC used to be great! Now this location intentionally screws up your order and even when you check at the window to make sure its all there, they actually refuse to correct it. Wow. I am patient with low staffing, long waits but this is getting ridiculous.
Three stars still because the chicken was actually pretty good. I hope they can get their stuff together.
Recent order pic- no gravy or biscuit, they said nothing, just shorted me.

Fast friendly service. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. The food came out fast , hot and accurate. Sizable dining area. I enjoyed the col. Basket . Biscuits were on point. Mash and beans were satisfactory. They could have been richer in taste. They serve Pepsi products. They even offered a solid military discount.

I live 40 minutes away and got home to burnt chicken. This is suppose to be original recipe.

Could not go inside for dining. Had to go thru driveway twice.... once to pick up food...they forgot our coleslaw. Then found out we didn't get our cookies....no napkins. We gave up at that point.

We stopped in via the drive thru. Did original chicken bucket, biscuits and boneless hot wings. Aside from a few pieces being a tad dry, very good and tasty stuff. We were leery to stop by based on prior reviews, but pleasantly surprised. Recommend.

They gave our order to a doordash driver, when it was marked pickup. Then manager refused to help, making it seem like it's our fault they didn't know what they were doing. Not going back.

I delive for door dash on occasion, and twice I have taken an order from this location, and the same lady both times was extremely rude for no reason. This place needs better customer service

KFC used to be great. Now kinda ridiculous. The dinning has been closed since 2016. When I oder drive through they mess up my oder. What's wrong with KFC!
