Mcdonald's

Very disappointed with our service at this McDonald’s. We were told continuously to put our face mask over our nose, that we were not properly wearing our face mask. Obviously the manager Casey, as well as a couple of the employees at this establishment need to be updated on COVID-19 protocols to safely serve food and possibly take classes to better communicate with the general public. Once we brought it to the managers attention, we were told that we would have to leave if we did not comply. So my husband and I went outside to have a smoke and to contact corporate! It’s a shame that the only person doing their job here, was the cashier! Which is understandable, she is obligated to do her job, by politely asking us to properly wear our mask, I give her kudos for that! While all this conspired we witnessed, not only 1, but 2 of the employees not complying with such requirements! What I’m most concerned about is 1 of those employees was observed handling customers food and continued to do so while we waited for our food. If it is such a big deal to wear our mask, then ALL people, customers and employees should be required to follow such protocol! We refuse to be treated with such arrogance! I’ll be in contact with corporate first thing in the morning in regards to this incident and how poorly the manager handled the situation! We should of ate at Wendy’s! 😬🙊😎

Food was cold, line was long, food was not made correctly. Girl running register inside looked like she was in a swimsuit. Young lady doing drink orders kept grabbing at herself and crossing her legs as if she was going to pee herself, and the lady who handed us our food couldn’t even make eye contact with us and was rude.

Absolutely horrible. They gave me stale nuggets and half frozen fries when I asked for cook to order food fully prepared to wait and I got nasty food. Then when I called to give them a chance to make it right they hung up the phone without saying anything so I called right back and it rang for more than 2 minutes.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The lady at the food pickup window was incredibly rude and wouldn't even give me a bag for my ice creams (for my dogs!!). I called immediately and spoke to an arrogant young man, so called manager that wouldn't tell me his name. I will be reporting this with corporate, no McDonalds should be run this way. Disgusting.

Horrible. I ordered a 6 pc nugget happy meal couple weeks ago and I received only 5 nuggets and a fry. I didn’t get the happy meal toy or ranch. Today I ordered two double quarter pounders meals and a happy meal. I was missing the toy AGAIN and the fries were old and stale. The manager needs to start making sure their employees do better. I spent $20+ and everything was NASTY. The sweet tea tastes like dirty band aids.
