My daughter's beef and cheddar had little cheese. Our Turkey Bacon Ranches, ordered 2. One had no sauce, the other one had double sauce. Had asked for crinkle fries, which we did not get.

We pulled in to Arby's, walked to the doors and they were locked. It was 758 pm on a Thursday night. We thought maybe just the lobby was closed so we tried the drive through and the worker said they closed at 8. The door sign said open until 1030.

Super fresh food and didn't look like it was slopped together. You can tell the employees care about their job here.

The food was great and made fresh (they dropped fresh fries when we came in), the employees were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was mostly clean. The women's restroom was out of paper towels and the drink area was a little messy. Other than that, it was a good Arby's experience.

Almost all the chairs had at least one foot missing so your chair wobbled. The floors were very sticky. My crink l e fries were cold, ask for fresh the said the would bring them out, finished our meals still jo fries had to go back up and get them.

Nice and friendly employees but not to organized. Took to long to get orders inside and out. And these were not dificul or big orders. Workers need a bit more organization. Food however was good and most of the orders were right.

The food was hot, but the chicken nuggets batter was hard and tasted like they had been cooked in oil that was way too old. Even the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old oil. We've had nuggets from other Arby's locations that were really really good. So this was not our typical Arby's experience and is specific to just the Clinton location.
