7-eleven

Today was the worst experience at this 7-eleven it took several minutes before a cashier attended to me and then the cashier was rude and arguing with me then he started following me and shouting for me to get out of the store another customer witness the incident and was trying to stop him from arguing with me and he continued arguing with me and told me to get out of the store and I did not respond to his ranting and just left the store and just said bye. i had the worst experience and will not return to this store. I would like to report this cashier to the owner but the owner is unlisted.

The 711 guy behind the counter did not want to put his mask on, he says it was hanging right there but he didn't want to put it on yet he was handling money and merchandise and talking at the same time , when I asked him about it he told me to go home and teach my children,he's so unprofessional,and what a dumb statement when he could be spreading the virus.. if he don't want to wear his mask then nobody should have to wear their mask when when they come in there

The clerk who works here after hours locks the door with a sign posted and sleep in the back all night despite 7-11 being a 24 hour establishment, and will have an attitude when you knock on the door and make him do his job. If you see his tan/beige color truck parked outside, don’t expect service. Just snap a picture of the sign and report it to 7-11 corporate.

Disgusted. The soda machines were ot working ...the cashier (working at 8 am today) was VERY RUDE!!! First, I went to inform him that NONE of the soda was working and he yelled "they're out". So, I got a cup of ice and purchased two sodas for $3 (special)... he tried to charge me $1.00 for the cup of ice. I asked why are you chargin me a $1 for a cup of ice. He said its management's rule. I said no thank you and asked for the name and contact information for the manager...HE CLAIMED he didn't know the manager's name!!! UNPROFESSIONAL and not telling the truth. The world I come from we teach --INTEGRITY FIRST, SERVICE BEFORE SELF and EXCELLENCE in all we do. I think the manager should ensure his staff is practicing some form of core values to leave customers satisfied with the service!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED!!!

This is honestly the worst 7-eleven I’ve ever gone too. EVERY single time I come, I stand at the register right in front of them waiting to be serviced for minutes while they play on their phones, which is very rude. If you don’t physically take your receipts, you will not receive one. On top of their lack of service, it’s always a mess in here. It’s like they don’t believe in mopping the floors. And it is very poorly stocked. They are always out of basic things. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house but I hate it here. The one down the street across from BK Millers is much better.
