Always, I mean always, out of product. I will order my coffee and come to the store just to be told they’re out of the coffee that was available to order on the mobile app. Super inconsistent with their drinks, and the customer service is awful. Just a few days ago I ordered a cold brew on mobile. I walked into the store to pick it up at its expected time, only to see there was 15 other people waiting. I patiently waited but after 25+ minutes of waiting and never being acknowledged, I approached the bar and asked where my order was. They had the stickers on the side of the espresso machine, and then told me they were unable to make my drink because once again out of cold brew. I literally had been waiting for 35-40 minutes at this point. So disappointing. And this is a normal occurrence with this location. Management, you’re awful and it clearly reflects. Train your employees, they deserve better. And as paying customers, we deserve better too.

Well, this is my first time at this location. They did not have a lot of ingredients, I know it’s not the employees’ fault - but it sucks! I just wanted a strawberry açaí lemonade but they didn’t have lemonade. It would have been nice to get a discount since they replace the “lemonade” with “water” in my drink.
I guess customer service could improve as well. Lastly, my drink was not filled up all the way. I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location.

Very dissatisfied with the service I received today fro this location. After giving them my order it wasn’t made correctly and I know what it taste like because I’ve had this same drink/s time and time again. No cookie crumble inside once you drink it only the cream based which taste like a milkshake also got a polite attitude after telling them the problem that I’m paying a little extra for. The laughing after a customer is saying what you got wrong or was made incorrectly was very inappropriate and I will not be returning. And the wait no to mention was 20 mins in a drive thru line?? Don’t waste your time coming here if you expect a favorite drink and it’s not made correctly. Kind of a waste of money and time. Also don’t forget to leave your review if yours isn’t made correctly. Don’t let it slide..sorry.

We went to this Starbucks for Pink drinks. The waiting time was long considering that it wasn't busy. Our drinks were so bad that they didn't even take a chance to shake them. I have been to other Starbucks they usually make our glasses suitable.

I don’t understand the reviews this Starbucks gets? I see them work extremely hard every day trying to make us happy. The Starbucks building is just placed to be extremely busy, so yeah the wait times long but who really cares.
Never once did they get my order wrong and they even repeat it back to make sure they have it right. It’s our fault for confirming it. I’ve seen people SCREAM about a size difference…like come on man, it’s a Starbucks. Calm tf down. There’s a literal war going on, people are dying, women are on the verge of losing a right to their body and you’re here yelling about a grande not being venti?!
I love this Starbucks and it’s employees and employer. And I’ll die on this hill

The way you all treat your employees is awful, busy or not all employees should be treated with respect, with the proper training and enough staff things should run smoothly. No child no matter their age should be emotionally drained from working at Starbucks , you all need to chat with chick -fil-a. I will be contacting corporate.

V/B is one of the worst barista's that I have ever encountered at this Starbucks. She is so incredibly rude!!!! Rude to the point that another barista felt the need to apologize for her rude behavior. Because this is the second time that this has happened with me, Starbucks should consider what job they want her to do. She is no good when it comes to dealing with customers.

I went to this establishment today and was very disappointed. I’ve been to this Starbucks before and they’re always short or drinks, or they just don’t have them at all.The cashier was extremely rude, when I asked her for a drink that they didn’t have, she caught an attitude with me and was very short tempered and impatient. It was the most disrespectful I’ve experienced from a professional establishment and I was very disappointed.
