Ihop

This was by far the most disgusting IHOP experience I’ve ever had. First let me say the staff was incredibly friendly, our food was served promptly and our order was correct. However, there was some decision made, I’m assuming by management, to seat everyone on one side of the restaurant (near the kitchen and toilets) during a still-thriving pandemic. It was a Sunday during brunch hours so all the tables on that side were full, in close proximity, and you could smell the toilets. The smell was made worse every time someone went in or out of the restroom. It ruined our meal and had me wanting to keep the mask on the entire time. Please separate your guests and clean the restrooms.

I walked inside of the restaurant, there was no one in sight. No one to greet me at the door or anything for pickup. Then someone walks up from the back, still no greeting he just asks "your name". So, the meal's already paid for, I guess it doesn't matter how you treat people at this point. To continue, I get my order and the cupcake pancakes were awful. Someone just threw all the sprinkles in the middle of the pancakeand burnt them too. I also noticed that they didn't even include the frosting with my order. At least the full stack of pancakes was okay, I don't think you can really mess that up?

We didn't mind waiting for 30 mins for our food but at least make the food worth the wait. My scrambled eggs were runny, my crispy bacon was NOT you can still see the white fat! And my toast that came later after my eggs were cold was not dark like I asked. It was warm wheat bread. I'm going to be sick... It was disgusting. I will not be back. Oh and the waitress Dominique REEKED of cheap perfume!

They have a new rewards program that I used. The manager couldn't figure out how to use it so she tries to strong arm me into paying for a meal that I had already cashed in the points on my account for (not happening) . So they get a 1 star for her poor customer service and because she really tried it 🙉
