Mcdonald's

When you go to a McDonald’s you don’t really expect a whole lot when it comes to fine dining but you do expect them to all taste the same. THIS McDonald’s was probably one of the worst ones I’ve ever been to. The chicken nuggets tasted “off” the fries looked AND tasted like they had been sitting out all day-soggy and old- the only thing that tasted good was the drinks. I don’t write bad reviews hardly ever but I’m hoping the store owner or higher up will see these reviews for this location and get some help. I’m sure food safety, sanitation and customer service can be practiced a bit better here.

These people asking to be paid more money....... Get up and work and maybe you'll earn more money!!!!! We walked in to the Clinton location and workers were standing around talking, sitting at the tables on there phones, "SO UNPROFESSIONAL " , all the while us customers have to place our own orders at a machine! So if I'm doing that job, I need to know where to pick up " My Check" !!!! Fast food is becoming such a joke!!! McDonald's food chains are paying these people to do almost nothing and to sit around and play on their phones cause let's admit it, I could even fix my food better than they even put the effort in!!!!

EXPECT BETTER, GO ELSEWHERE. Ordered through the app. Literally one of the absolute worst McDs visits I've ever had. Even another customer told me they're the worst in the area but had I known I'd have kept driving. After our experience and the yelling contests in the back among employees, I believe it. Over 30 min waiting on order (initially thought maybe because it was a bigger couple of orders and they seemed overwhelmed, that might be the cause of the delay) until I finally ask the surprisingly rude manager about our ORDERS. She informs me she hasn't started on them, snaps at other customers who didn't take kindly to her attitude either, and then all of the sudden starts dropping my orders on the counter with no further words, if that's all of it or not, or how long it had been in hiding. Food was cold. She never returned and clearly didn't have any concern for customers or future business. From what I saw and was told, this location just needs to be closed. Next time I'll go to Taco Bell or the gas station, ANYWHERE BUT THIS DUMP. The manager doesn't have sense enough to post notices that cash transactions must go through the drive thru, cards must be at kiosk, and that they aren't taking orders at the counter like a normal business, so in turn she snapped at anyone who came in and didn't magically already know this. Seriously lady, you need to be fired, replaced, and forgotten about. After this review, I'm happily forgetting about you.

They did not give me the correct order, which I understand that’s happens, the problem I have was when I tried asking for a manger (so I could get the food that I paid for) they basically told me to $$$$ off . They were all laughing and cutting jokes and just looked at me like I wasn’t there . Whoever the manager is needs to be revaluated. Good customer service is everything. If they don’t have that it just won’t last, especially treating people like that.

I would not recommend going to the McDonald’s in Clinton Ms. I waited at the counter for approximately 10 minutes when the worker directed me and another customer to use the Kiosk or go through the drive thru. I was pulling a trailer so the driveway-thru was not an option and at 9:30pm was not the time to learn how to use a kiosk with a special order. This person refused to serve me and I left the restaurant empty handed.
