Service was terrible! My wife and I ordered 6 hard shell Tacos and Mexican pizza. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food and order was completely wrong!!! Lobby wasn't busy. 2 customers ahead of us both orders wrong. Customers in drive through orders wrong. Customers behind us order wrong. Mind you cashier was trashing orders. How can you make a profit if trashing food. I demanded a full refund. We went somewhere else to eat!

How… how do make a taco shell soggy Do you just, leave the hard shell in water before making the cheesy gordita crunch? Never have I ever had a bendy cheesy gordita crunch such as this. Please keep the hard shell dry while making all future cheesy gordita crunches. Thank you. Service was friendly and fast though.

[New review Sun., Dec. 26, 2021] Three pics are worth thousands of cat litterbox scratchpad virtual keyboard characters. Still four stars—it was good but shouldn’t have had to take it back. [Old review timestamped “a year ago” on Sun., Dec. 26, 2021] #1 stale shells tough and chewy as shoe leather but insides delicious (1 steak, 1 chicken, 1 black bean) so only 4 stars oh and they had to remake the black bean and steak because only chicken had tomatoes 🍅 (overheard preparer say they're not supposed to have tomatoes but receipt said supreme and #1 on menu sure shows tomatoes lettuce and sour cream lol) no point dock for that heck everybody has to learn besides prolly the manager's fault not doing the training correctly just like giving the crew STALE SHELLS to fill 🤣😅

Poor management and employees—we tried to say our order, and the woman behind the microphone said “one moment please,” and left us in the dust. We sat and waited for 15 minutes before someone finally asked, again, if they could take our order. We proceeded to order, and waited another 10 minutes, and they asked if we had a whole different order than what we actually had. On top of that, there was no line throughout that whole process. God help these people.
