This place is a 0/10 not only do they waste your time by getting your order wrong every single time the employees (management in particular) is quite underwhelming as well. The “hiring” manager, told my younger sibling to come in for an interview today (just yesterday I may add) only for him to get there and for her to say they aren’t currently hiring. Unprofessional and unacceptable!!! According to indeed and her just yesterday they were. I’m afraid he didn’t fit the stereotype to work there it appears as if this little lady only hires people that look like her. Sad. Customer service 0/10 management 0/10 throw the whole establishment away and try it again.

They made the Ice Coffee just right. That in & of itself seems to be a task at many locations. The food - two sandwiches were good but not hot. This location is clean. Nice place to eat in or outside. If ever in the area again we would definitely stop in again. This was a road trip on the way to Miami.

This is the third time I have been to this location. I order wake up wraps and they're never right. I have had burnt, under cooked and this last time they all had bits of burnt something or other. Couldn't tell if it was burnt bacon bits or crust from a cast iron skillet. At least the coffee was perfect!

Not happy with that fact , I was told they did not accept credit cards. As I walked in and asked for a coffee I was told I needed to pay in cash. This was told to me at time of payment ONLY CASH 💰 to my surprised they had a sign that read cash or DD cards no credit. I was paying with a debit card. The employee was rude and when I asked why only cash, she basically told me the credit card machine was broken. NOT WHAT THE SIGN READ. I was not the only one with this issue. Three more people had the same complaint. When to the rest room and it was dirty not a good store to got to.

Don't do drive thru. I don't understand how management won't let you add anything to your order at the window, after you order. Specially if you are adding an already done donut. They are losing a sale by doing this. Not sure how this franchise runs against their profit this way. The staff girl at the window was rude, and would hold my drink for no reason. Definitely a place where staff is not happy as they shows rudeness to customers.

I use mobile ordering to save time, every time I order a food item, it is either old or burnt. The bathrooms are almost always out of service, with no other place for the employees to use the bathroom. The lobby is always filthy. This establishment needs to be inspected by an exterior company. The coffee is ok sometimes, if you order anything but iced it will be cold and weak.
