Listen!!! When I tell you the owner and manager of the Subway at this location went above and beyond to accommodate a small mistake 😕!
So I ordered a Subway Sandwich Tray on Sunday the manager took my order very nice with great customer service, the pickup was for Tuesday at 10am.
On the day of my pickup the manager and I get there at the same time and she greets me only to realize my order had not been made!
She jumped right in and apologized and started helping make my order on the spot! The owner comes in and greets me and finds out my order was not made, he was so very apologetic and I told him that it's okay I set the time an hour ahead just in case.
The owner stood with me and we had a great conversation as the manager and other employees made my order within 10 minutes with a dozen cookies for free!
This is what put it over the top....the owner carried my order to my car in the rain!!!! Without an umbrella! I had to thank God for them and how they blessed me!
Subway shouts out to this amazing staff at this location....Job well done please recognize them!

I went to subway yesterday and thought it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and one worker named Mauricio was especially good and was very polite. Would come again in the future.

I had placed an order online. One of the girls was cleaning and greeted me at the door. Told her I was there for a pickup. She gave me my food and I was in and out in no time.

This is the best subway in Clayton. The bread is always soft and fresh, the vegetables and meat taste fresh, and the workers are friendly. Restaurant is always clean! We come here often!
