Dear Subway Management,
I must admit, I was initially skeptical of your establishment. I have always been a staunch advocate of cooking my own meals and enjoying them in the peace and quiet of my own home. But upon a friend's recommendation, I decided to give your Subway a try. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised.
I ordered your meatball sub, and I have to say, the meatballs were quite good. Now, I know what you're thinking - "Ron Swanson, a man who loves his breakfast food, enjoying a meatball sub?" But I assure you, it was quite satisfying for my lunchtime hunger.
Your bread was fresh, the cheese was melted to perfection, and the marinara sauce was just the right amount of tangy. I have to say, I was impressed.
Overall, I would say that your Subway is a solid choice for those looking for a quick and tasty lunch. While I still prefer cooking my own meals, I would not hesitate to visit your establishment again in the future.

Lyndsey I hope that’s how she sells her name, went above and beyond when we went into Subway on 135th in Clackamas. As a senior I’m technical challenged so couldn’t figure out the ordering online so I could get the BOGO50 I called and she gave me instructions and when I still couldn’t figure it out, she called me and said she had a coupon if I wanted to come in. Who would take the time to do that. Such a kind thing to do. I told my husband this will be our go to place. She was so kind and so patient. She is an asset to the Subway company. Great customer service and great food. Thank you Lyndsey for all you did for us!

The workers here are always so friendly and polite. I LOVE THIS SUBWAY! 100% better than any subway I have ever been to. The food is always so fresh and delicious. The new #8 is just heavenly and I will be coming here way more often on my way home. 10/10 recommend.

I haven't dined here in ages. Mostly since I am on a plant based diet, yet to my surprise there are a few vegan choices. What impresses me is that the gal that served me, with some help from the other sandwich maker, remained calm and patient, positive and helpful. I had questions about ingredients and I was following a list online that were plant based vegan options; she stayed the course, smiling and happy to have been a help when I showed gratitude. Usually I am recieved with negativity, impatience, resistance to continue being questioned, and inconvenienced by my special requests. I had none of that today and recieced impeccable service from the young lady who made my sandwich, I think it's in order to say thank you very much! Thank you, and it was a pretty good sandwich too. I had the veggie patty, toasted on Italian white, a pile of mixed veggies, Frank's hot sauce, yellow mustard, s&p, v&o, and the acai berry drink deeelish!!!

This location usually has very friendly staff but today I came in and the two men working front didn't greet me or smile and then didn't thank me or say have a good day after I paid. I was having a great day and tried to be friendly and was saying thank you to them. Absolutely nothing. 4 stars cause I've never had a bad experience before. Y'all, come on. Basic customer service!!!
