I mobile order and come through the drive though here all the time. The staff is always super polite, the food is always great, and my order is always correct. It doesn't matter if it's 3pm or 3 am this is my favorite McDonald's. These people deserve a raise for all of their hard work and politeness.

This McDonald's has the utmost smoothest running team that I've seen in the Cincinnati area. I drive delivery orders, and I encounter a lot of McDonald's. I wish I could pick up all my orders from this one.

Crazy to get in and out of lot as it sits at the corner of a busy 4 way intersection and has gas pumps as it is a gas station also. However, they served me the best dawn double cheeseburger I had in recent years from a McDonald's and I eat them a lot. Fresh, fluffy bun not mashed and it was stacked and heavy in weight. This should be the standard that all McDonald's are held too food wise.

All the ladies at this McDonald’s are so nice. I’m so glad that it’s been some improvement on the staff makes it pleasant to go here in the morning and at night specially when ordering with kids who don’t ever know what they want. Thanks for your patience the cashier at the back window was so patient with my son trying to count all his singles. Lol

It was 11pm on a Saturday, and they were slammed, with cars waiting out to the road, and still were fast and friendly. I'll remember this was for that and actually being open past 10. Most of the 24-hour locations close by 10 for Uber eats/door dash orders only.
