I always love stopping at Panera. Grilled cheese and tomato soup today. The grilled cheese could have stayed on tbe grill a little longer, but it was still good. Really, the only negative thing was the coffee I got was luke warm. I opened the microwave that was available to heat my coffee and it looked like a science experiment in there. Cleaning that should be someone's side job. The service was very friendly.

Huge thanks to Manager Nick @ this location for going the extra mile to help follow-up with a missing drink from our delivery order. He personally contacted Door Dash to remedy the situation and make sure our order was completed. A rare find of excellent customer service & follow-up! 🙌🏻

Nick and his crew in the evening ALWAYS take such good care of me! My order was perfect (including even slicing my apple!), the restaurant was clean, and our order was ready quickly! Great job, Panera!

Become a regular like me!
Everytime I go there, there are familiar faces, both employee and visitors. I am now a regular for these reasons:
1. Open later than coffee shops
2. Good WiFi
3. Free coffee refills with their mug (MyPanera+ is $9 per/mo for unlimited coffee)
3. There are about 4 tables with outlets
4. Music isn't too loud
Downsides:
1. No bike parking
2. More outlets would get more customers to stay longer
3. The blenders are pretty loud, but those mango smoothies may be worth it.

I would just like to say I had an amazing experience with one of your workers. The young African American man who was there on Thursday may 21st at around 12:30pm who cashed out my order has the most incredible can do attitude ive ever seen in any worker. Especially in times of crisis like this. That young man definitely is gonna go far in life. Just wanted to leave a positive
review for him. 10/10 would reccomend coming back.

Good variety of food, one of my go to places. The best soup I've ever had, but they could improve of having more workers and register operations. Delicious drinks! A lite expensive but it's worth it.

Service was great. An older lady took care of me. The coffee pots were empty but she jumped on it and had me a cup of coffee fast. Also sold me a loaf of sourdough and tub of walnut spread that I took to our Family Christmas gathering. It was the hit of the evening.

Have eaten at this Panera one time. Ordered the broccoli cheddar soup along with another person, during a busy weekday lunch time. Took about seven minutes to get our food. Soup was very good. Atmosphere was very nice, fireplace going.Prices at Panera are a little high priced, but I do feel like I get quality food. The service was good.
