New employees not sure how to make sandwiches. Sandwich ordered call for avocado slices. Instead, used a bag of pureed avocado. Not blaming employees. Corporate needs to do better

I purchased a turkey sub for my King-Husband and tuna for myself. It was fresh and very tasty. Customer Service was perfect.

I just found out that they don't give the employees their tips if you add it to your bill at the end and pay by card. Be sure to bring cash and give it directly to your sandwich artist please. The owners didn't even know how to prepare a classic menu item sandwich!! The employee making my sandwich had to show the guy where to find the info on how to make it!! They don't deserve to be taking their tips!! (Not that they do anyway!!) Y'all just bring cash to tip your sandwich artist!! My sandwich was PERFECT I'm definitely coming back!!
