I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts on Lebanon Rd. and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The staff is incredibly sweet and hardworking. They greeted me with warm smiles and took my order promptly. Not only were they friendly, but they also handled the rush efficiently, delivering my order with remarkable speed. It's evident that this Dunkin' Donuts team goes the extra mile to ensure their customers leave with a smile on their faces just like the staff wear on theirs. Corny, for sure, but this place has made my morning when I simply wanted a cup of coffee. I highly recommend this location for a delightful and quick caffeine-fix with a side of fantastic service!

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the city. My caramel cappuccino is the same every morning.....DELICIOUS! The mini bagels are so good and nice and warm on a cold morning. The girls are friendly and always smiling. Love this place!

I typically don't like Dunkin' donuts... This location impressed me! Maybe it was the company in the excellent cup of coffee that was made during my visit, but this location definitely changed my mind on Duncan over Starbucks! Thanks for the excellent customer service and clean facility while hanging out enjoying conversation and coffee...

I see comments on this is the worst one and horrible customer service, but I'm here everyday. Morning and night. I have never had a problem. The women here are always nice, men on third shift aren't rude to me ever. Nobody needs to have conversations lol. They get my order right and send me on my way. I used to goto the one on cin-day but this one is my location now. They are sweet to my kids when I come in with them.

I don't normally choose Dunkin Donuts, but I did today since they were offering a free Donut for Veteran's Day. I also don't normally choose spicy foods, but since it was free, I ordered the Ghost Pepper Donut. What an excellent choice! That donut is the best donut I have ever had at DD. What an ingenious idea to pair the subtle, yet undeniable heat from the ghost pepper with the sweetness of the glaze. I thoroughly enjoyed this donut and hope that DD decides to make it a permanent item if it isn't already. I also want to thank DD, especially this location for honoring Veterans and active military members by offering this

They have the best donuts ever! I love to go here every week. They have a lot of flavors to choose from! I highly recommend this place to people who are not lactose intolerant. I've only been here a few times though. They also serve coffee and breakfast pastries! I would want to come here always to brighten up my mornings!

I'm not understanding all of these bad reviews. Perhaps, this location has undergone a change in management because this is one of the best Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited. I frequent this location almost on a daily basis, and all of the staff is super friendly. The service is fast and efficient. It's actually the stellar customer service that brings me back. Keep up the good work!
