Skyline Chili

A little backstory: we had been traveling (flying, to be specific) for the past 5 hours and I had starving kids. It was after 9pm, and we went through the Anderson Skyline drive through for a late dinner. When we arrived home I discovered they had forgotten my child’s cheese for her three way. I called the store and asked for my options, explaining that we had been out of town and I literally had nothing to even “quick-fix” the situation. The manager asked if I could drive back to the store, and we did. Not only did the manager remake our entire order, he threw in extra cheese for my kid, extra crackers, graham crackers, Yorks, and Andes Mints. I am beyond impressed that he went so above and beyond to rectify this wrong; his simple gesture really helped the awful situation become very tolerable.

I’ve been frequenting this location since before they upgraded their building. I love that you can just walk in and pick your own spot to sit. The staff are always very fast, honestly some of the fastest service I’ve ever received. I really enjoy getting take-out via the drive thru after a long day at work. I make sure to ask for lots and lots of extra oyster crackers and they DELIVER! The cheese is always so soft and fantastic. Their 3 ways are always hot and always the exact same every time. The consistency is unlike any other restaurant. I have never been disappointed by this Skyline.

Came here while on a work trip and decided that while I was in Ohio I has to see what chili on spaghetti was all about. I ordered the 4 way with onions. Now being from Texas I'm used to chili being quite savory and this chili is a bit different but still very tasty. You can taste the cinnamon and clove notes which makes for a slightly sweeter taste. They do pile it with a mountain of cheese which was a pleasant surprise. Service was absolutely great! Highly recommend stopping by!
