Still the same. Service it still good. The only thing is that if they're going to leave new workers, they should at least be fully trained or have a supervisor on call.

It's a hit or miss at this Dunkin Donuts. Some days they get my order right sometimes they don't. Sometimes they have the ingredients they need sometimes they don't. Customer service wise they are usually nice and friendly.

Shop manager Abraham is the worst human being possible. Talking about his employee's medical problems to other employees in front of customers! It happened some time ago but I couldn’t stop thinking about it and should be known he’s a narcissistic and rude human being. Doesn’t realize that people do understand Spanish and speak it even though they don’t look like they do. Never in a million years would I get along with employees the way he is. Haven’t been back since.

Every time I order my coffee they give me the wrong thing all I want is 4 creams, 3 sugar and two shot of Sweet hazelnut and they always give me French vanilla. Please pay attention to your customers I understand that there is a line, but it's important to get our orders right.

I always get coffee every Friday from this Dunkin. They are never packed so it's great to go before I start work and if they do have a line they bring it down quickly. They make it perfect Everytime, Weekly Dunkin fix.

The young lady at the drive thru window was great. However, the person who made my coffees, did a horrible job. Instead of 8 creams 4 sugars, the did 8 creams and no sugars. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
