7-eleven

The new cashier is amazing. Funny, witty, charming, and most of all customer service driven. He was extremely helpful and very patient. I went in to order a pizza and there was a line of people. He managed to Get through the line offering specials and helping people save money left and right. When he got to me he was courteous, kind, and I was out the door happy with pizza in hand in lss than ten minutes.

To be honest with you I used to love this 7-Eleven.Everyone at this 7-Eleven was fantastic . I went in there today and was greeted with frowns instead of smiles, I hope this isn’t the new policy!!. Come on now I spend a lot money at this 7-Eleven and I expect professionalism not some clown who is trying to direct traffic in a parking lot that is not his, this idiot is actually trying to tell the public where to park, unbelievable !!! I like 7-Eleven’s ,there prices are steep but usually they have what I want. I don’t want to spend a lot of time talking about this clown but I will want to let the public know if you’re expecting professionalism And courtesy well you’re spending your hard earned money do not and I repeat do not go to this 7-Eleven you’ll be highly disappointed and you will leave knowing that you will never go to this 7/11 again.

I used to like the staff that was in this 711 , Since they were so nice and helpful. But m ever since they got new people The people always look so angry and it smells like armpit. It makes it uncomfortable to shop for food or snacks when only thing on my nose is the smell of bad personal hygiene.Some people just need to do more since some people have strong our personal hygiene, but working in the customer service area and having to talk to people every day, that should be one of the priorities.

I went in to buy Oreos Golden double stuff cookies, and saw that they were 2 for $2 or 1.69 each. I could only find one. I went to the cash register and asked if they had anymore. I was told "No, whatever is on the shelf is all we have". I asked asked if I could get it for $1. I was told "No". I understand sales and how they work, I'm in retail. I understand requiring a minimum for a purchase. But if the minimum is not available due to an insufficient supply, that's where an exception is made. It's not even a question.
