Vip Oriental Buffet

There are some hits and misses with the food, i guess their myriad of choices makes it one of the better choice when you plan on eating buffet. Cleanliness is sub par on some areas but overall the general ambiance is good. The food choices are mostly Chinese dishes. The desserts are also delicious. I would definitely go back to this restaurant for buffet.

So, here I am, eating at VIP Oriental Buffet. Currently listening to Filipino music. Yes, they play that here. Not that I have anything against Filipinos (hell Im Filipino), it's just out of the normal. Lol. Wasn't expecting that. The place is certainly spacious inside. The furniture and ceiling appears pretty worn down; and the cleanliness was mediocre. The cost for two, at lunch time, ran us at $20.46. So, of course, get what you pay for. As for the food, in my opinion, it wasn't that tasty. A lot of the food was dry, tough, and didn't taste like anything. The fruit was under ripe. That's our fault, coming in during lunch time, I suppose. They didn't even have any cake cones for the ice cream machine, at this place! I'm definitely big on that, when it comes to buffets.

Wow. I feel like I ate from a dumpster. Cold food should be cold. Hot food should be hot. The place is dirty and unsanitary in so many ways. Food ground into the carpets what looks like mould growing outta the ceiling. See pictures. Would not recommend to anyone. Not even sure how it got over three stars on average ! Avoid.

My brother loves this place. We tried it before, but were not impressed. This time, we were in the area and tried it again. While the floors are not the cleanest , the food is good. A fair price for good food. We paid more for less before,. We are happy with the variety, the freshness and flavor. We'll be BACK!
